am going to complete my bcom by march 2013. so can i appear for the upsc exams in may 2013??? i am also a ca final student. or are there any restrictions in it as my articleship is also going on.

For upsc graduation or any other recognised qualification is compulsory.
I think, if at the time of filling form of UPSC you are graduate then u r eligible for UPSC. U can confirm this from UPSC site.
For doing any other course along with CA, you need to take permission from Institute.
But m joining cs too after my bcom...so how can i appear for upsc...??
You can pursue only 1 other course alongwith CA. You can not go for CS and UPSC both. you have to choose 1.
I will suggest, u give UPSC after completion of CA only. Then you will also get time to prepare properly.
