The value of a CA never decreases. While you say that there is an increase in no. of CA's you should also consider the fact that the previous exam result was 3.11 %.
Now, if you are a part of that 3.11%, how can your value decrease??
Value of CA is same for every person...its the value of person holding that degree...if your value is high enough, u'll get best even in worst times.
