As per a Well Placed Source, The Result of PCC shall be declared on August 4th, 2011.
"The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will announce CA PCC Professional Competence Exam May 2011 results on August 4.
The results of the Chartered Accountants Professional Education – II and Professional Competence Examinations held in May 2011 are likely to be declared on the same day on the official website.
