CA or CS appointment??
Is it necessary to appoint CS? If yes, for how many years at least.

if the paid up capital of the Company reaches to threshold limit then the appt of cs becomes mandatory.
as such there is no any specific period for which cs needs to be appointed

Till the time paid up capital is equal to or above the threshold as mentioned above, a Company should retain the CS.
