Ya CS will be helpfull, if u'll register now then u can appear for cs inter in june 12, so plan accordingly keeping in view ur ca final attempt.  Regarding cs course, in brief -

3 stages - Foundation, Executive (2 groups of 3 paper each, Professional (4 grps of 2 paper each)

Foundation exempt for graduates

15 months training ( can be done either after inter or final as per ur choice and exemption also available)

Will have to do a 70 hrs computer training course (or appear for exemption test) and some other small trainings like SIP, SMTP etc.

CS IS GOOD OPTION WITH CA                        

CS is well option with CA because Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and  financially rewarding  but also carries  with  it a high level of job satisfaction

CA + CS  is good Combination.

go for llb only if you are interested in tribunal work

i m also doing ca final with llb but now i realized its not a good combination there is good combination of cs and llb

also good ca with cs

Hay Roopali if u want to go for practice after completion of CA better go for LLB , because u can argue the income tax and other company law cases directly in the Court
