Dear all,
One of my freinds' brother doing his U.G.degree (B.Com) final year in open university. But he has not completed HSC (+2). Is he is elgible to join CA after completion of his U.G. by applying for PCC.

He has to give CPT first then he is entitled to register himself in PCC

He is doing his B.Com only in the Open University.
