So I will attend CA inter single single group but it not qualified rank and the CA final i am eligible for both group or not ?
and in case eligible for final group both group it considered rank or not ?

No such relation between the two, i.e. how you pass Inter won't affect the Finals.
Rank in Final: Both groups in 1 term | No exemption from any previous attempt | Min. 55% in total (G1+G2)
