Dear Adarsh,

Again your reply has the answer. I am also saying that as a member before giving a clean chit to a wrong committed he must have known the reason or had took the initiative for knowing the cause of the wrong. But i am not of the opinion like you that Mr Prakash is sitting at backside.

please read my contents carefully again. I did not said anywhere that CA Inst is not responsible for the delay. I added that you should not conclude until knowing reasons. Being member does not mean that i will have all the info of wht is happning inside CA Inst. I am not suppose to know it.

I tried my best to know the reason but no help as ICAI Secretary too did not knew about it or hesitate to tell me anything abt it. Delay in results is surely a fault by CA Inst but why this fault happen ... we should know !!!

If there is no satifactory realies from CA Inst.. you can blam it for negligence or playing with sentiments of Students !! :) cheers :)

True . It seems CA Inst is trying to mislead the students for what they did. I accept here we should have Sept 1st '2009 instead Aug 30th ' 2009. Mr President please asnwer Adarsh who is fighting on behalf of large PCE or PE-II community students

you May be right AAshutosh. Who knwos wht is inside ?? CA Members among us only giving them authority to excersize powers to their best. but this was not expected from CA Inst. Mr president please answer. As of now we muct have ready with answers !! :) cheers :)

Whatever may have been the reason for the delay (it could have been out of the hands of the ICAI) but still the president should have taken some moral responsibility for the mess and should have come up with an apology to the student community. He could have also tried to reassure the students... The ICAI clearly did not adress the issue leaving the students to rant among themselves about the bad management of the ICAI... I am sure some of our past presidents like Mr T N Manoharan would have done his best to reassure the students and make sure that everything is brought on track as soon as possible... I may not know what the problem is or who is responsible for the delay but the right thing would have been to inform us students about the delay and some reassuring words would have been helpful

Tell me is it necesary to blame soneone for any fault which may have occurred unintentionally. I refer you to letter from past President bt i can 't say why did he wrote that letter or wht is true. I can not comment on that letter until Mr presideent himself open up before us.

Dear CA CS Prakash Somani sir,

Honestly speaking i am a great admirer of you. I am a regular reader to your postings and other files in the CACLUB. Youre doing so much service to the CA students community and this fact cannot be objected or overuled by anyone. Your doings to the students are much more than what the institute is doing.

But in this exam result matter i am not fully satisfied with your view. Any way i am of the thinking that i had gone beyond a limit criticising you. I may be forgiven if any of my stand wounded you.

Your good deeds may be continued to the CA student community. Entreprenuer is for profit. But a leader is not for profit like you. Once again i say sorry if any of my views hurted you.

Raj, You are just repeating my words... I suggest you to read again wht i said. I never said that CA inst is faultless. I only said that we can not comment +ve or -ve until knowing the facts !! :) cheers :)

I m gving u 1 situation... think n then answer...

u are offered to a post of director to handle one big unusual event like strick in a factory and workers r very much aggresive right now, and u even dont know wats da exact problem behind this strick... wat will u do? will u waste ur time in searching for the reason behind or u will go n convince the workers ? or u'll reject that post of director ?

remember... jab koi customer gusse se aata hai to uski problem pahle nahi poochhte, oose pahle thanda paani pilaate hain uske baad usse muskuraate huye baat karke matter resolve karte hain... yahi enterprenureship hai...

make SWOT analysis of urself...
