But blame will always be there not for delay in result but for what the steps they have taken for the students emotions... They must had extended the results directly by 2days.... 2pm, then 9pm, then 6am, then again its too late... its not the professonalism.... really not good decission... not fair with students...

Who said we didnt know the fact. Fact is the basis for this discussion. The 'fact' is  'delay in publishing the result'. But until now nobody knows the reason for delay and there is no explanation from any quarters or the members of the institute. I ask Mr Prakash Somani as you are a member of the institute whether you had initiated to know about the fact or you personally knows the fact. I can surely say you didn't know the reason for the delay then how you came to a conclusion that the institute is not responsible for the delay. But the affected students can come to a conclusion that the wrong is with the institute because there is primafacie delay on which they were affected.

Even institute is still not accepting that the results were declared on 1st September....

It has mentioned 31st August....

You can also very well see that they had tampered with the old notification in tha ICAI website. i.e the date for all the tampered notifications are 19-8-2009

The enterprenuer is the one who handles all the -ve situation with calm mind... check the efforts of Mr. Prakash...

Imagine if there is strike in a factory and 1 man is handling the workers... reasons would whatever be.. but just look at the man who is coming in front of us...

Prakash ne to koi galti nahi ki thi delay result k liye... but he came in front of us to make the situation cool as much as he can...

the priority at that time is better to handle the situation n not to sit at back side..

if not the ca institute then who else is to be blamed for this.......after all this is the only premier institutes of THE CA's.....they knw the tensions that peak during the result time.....wat all philosphies they have just out of common parlance....dont knw what explanation will come up this tym...
