I've recently came across this position at LinkedIn viz, CA INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE at GOLDMAN SACHS; where some of the employed recruits were CA Intermediate students too.
I would like to address few of my queries:-
1. What is this Industrial trainee is all about?
2. Is this a full time program?
3. I'm a CA Intermediate (no groups cleared) and a final year B.Com (H) student, so is there a way for me to get into this training or full-time program?
Please, clear this anyone who's aware of these things.

Industrial training is an opportunity for C A students in the last year of their articleship to work in an industrial undertaking to gain practical experience, in the said industry.
it is a full time programme however it can only be done in the last year of your articleship. the period of training shall vary between 9 to 12 months .
