YES HE CAN BE WITH LATEST AMEMDMENT IN PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

Yes, after introduction of concept of LLP, its possible nw to become partner wid cs & cwa....

YES CA CAN BE PARTNER with the others ... which include CS, CWA, B ARC, ....as per the latest amedments in the professional ethics....and there is no restirication of a ca becoming partner in a firn...

As we know that the CA can sign Company balancesheets whereas CWA can sign the Cost Audits. Can Trible qualified can sign in both the areas ?

IF A PERSON HOLDING VALID COP IN CA THEN HE CAN SIGN ONLY ON FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. EVEN HE IS A TRIPLE QUALIFIED HE CAN SIGN ONLY FOR THE JOB FOR WHICH HE TOOK COP
