CA from ICAI evaluate is Master or Three year degree for WES?

Hi There,

Is any one received Evaluations for Immigration (ECA) from WES or IQAS for CA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAI, India.

How they are evaluating it? Is it consider as master or three year degree?
