It all depends upon his knowledge & skill........
Ya no blind rule for that .
But one can be sure he will get >30000(both groups and degree)

It also depends upon the no of attempts you took to clear your exam.
for CA firm -- minimum CTC 3 lacs
For companies --minimum CTC 4 lacs
these are minimum prescribed by ICAI.
