What a joke happened with me today.. I got my certified copies but in my verification status is still under process.. How can it b?? Certified copies can be sent only after verification.. Then why the verification is pending? Can anyone explain

May be there is change in marks in the paper for which you did not request the certified copies.
Did you apply for certified copies in all the subjects?

I received the certified copies.. But verification is still under process
