CA Final results are highly manipulated...

HI guys. congratulations to those who cleared... and for people like me who will have to study again - lets not loose hope. AAL WILL BE WELL ...

I agree to the fact that results were manipulated.

MR VERMA can you pls provide me the list of few good things which are favourable of students.

we here are not commenting on institute but we seriouly are concerned about the way we are treated here. u talk about anything .... Exams, rechecking, Articleship, Stipend, Leave policy, restriction on classes -- what do u feel justified here.- manipulation of exam results, 3 long years of Articleship, a leave of 135 days in 3 years which include exam leaves as well, oh its worth mentioning that as per our institute the stipend is not even 5000.

Nodoubt it is a lucrative profession but after 4-5-6---8 years of real hardwork.. (in some cases it never is)

hey yar dont be disappointed, Mr. Uttam Agarwal has given you another change to prove yourself and its a challenge for you go work much harder and show ICAI what a person you are.just passing is nthing hit the rank and the honour.....

Ohh yes i agree pls dont abuse.....  atleast this course helps us in developing lije a professional even before joining the industry.

Hey preeti we already had one chance...and there is no constraint on chances given by institute..... the passing percentage changes every attempt but this time its very low...and is it my fault if i appeared in this attempt.

Hi, all... i cleared this time by getting exactly the pass mark (200)... Still i believe that results were controlled by ICAI.

But one bitter truth to all my friends here: U cant get your answersheets under RTI Act..... Atleast now, because though a HIgh Court in its judgement has held that answersheets are covered by RTI, ICAI has filed an appeal against that order in Supreme court... & you all know Indian Courts.... How much years it will take to pass a judgement... etc.. etc...

Instead of discussing here i request all of you to concentrate on your studies... Only 3 months are left....

Meanwhile pray to God that Supreme Court passes a judgement against ICAI.

i too agree it with all of you that the costing marks were reduced to a greeat extent even the same was done in the paper of IDT becoz i even quoted the case laws in the answers bt then also i got only 48 where i xpected abt 60 in it....

UPA is really a demon for us

UPA or no UPA.  Just tell me were the results so good  & the  pass percent high before Mr.UPA became the president?. I am not defending  anyone here. Let us stop whining over and start taking steps to clear our exams rather than blaming it on someone else or the system as a whole. As said, if only 7-8% can clear the exams let us be the one amongst that 7-8%.

And do you think this happens only with ICAI? Wake up guys. The whole world conspires against you in every move you make.  

Moreover we knew & heard about all these manipulations (am not sure if  it is really happening or not) even before we entered the CA student world. Then why complain now? This IS the domain of CA & every soul here has crossed this to reach success.

I am sorry to say this. In my personal opinion students lack standard heavily. You want examples?! Just spare some time and go through these forums. There are so many students who just can’t frame a single sentence right. But this institute is the one which produces quality professionals every year. So stringent quality measures are necessary.

Last but not the least, has any Rank Holder or a candidate who passed in first attempt ever said ‘oh! I passed the exam easy peasy’… They ONLY say we WORKED HARD.  We have two options. One, complain and curse the system & its president. Two, save that time, study for the exams and clear them. It is for us to choose.
