CA Final result mismatch

writ petition dismissed by high court:

Few days ago 700 students filed writ petition in Delhi high court against ICAI in respect of mismatch in CA final results of nov 2017 exam. Yesterday Hon. Delhi high court dismissed writ petition and given judgement that ICAI has right to change the result and there is no authenticity of the list circulated earlier.

I am also victim of this, this is really depressing. It feels like students are randomly chosen to be marked as failed, to meet their required pass percentage. Delhi High Court also dismissed us. ICAI has us in their claws and they can do whatever they want.

They have no concern for the innumerable students who have commited suicide. They have no concern for the struggling families of those students. Many of whom deserved to have passed as per their valuation criterias and answer keys, and yet marked as failed in the final stage.
