While registering myself for CA finals,I came across 2 Terms with articles and without articles,can anybody pls tell the difference??

Also please somebody tell that what will be the registration fee.I was registered for IPCC grp 1 and then grp 2.I heard from somewhere that there is no such thing as final registration fee rather articleship registration fee.
