Till date 38 Lacs per annum is the highest package offered in ICAI Campus for international posting (Olam International) and for domestic posting its around 15 - 16 Lacs per annum. ABN Amro Bank had given 12 L per annum for domestic posting.

But you we should know one thing that its the only 1st package which depends on "Rank and Attempt", however subsequent growth in terms of package and position depends on how we deal with corporate world and our other soft skills (like, communication, presentation, data interpretation, analytical skills).

you rightly said.I am 110% agree with you.But it is true that what takes you to the right plateform which you always crave is Rank and no. of attempts thereafter your true professional qualities matters.Your testimonials provide you plateform you have to maintain it.
