Ca final nov 16 applicable sections of companies act 2013 ... ?
Hi,
Reference books and coaching classes teach certain sections as per Companies Act 1956 .... such as S. 205C. Although there are some additions to the amounts credited to IEPF as per S.125 of Companies Act 2013.
Is Companies Act 2013 not entirely applicable for Nov'16 exams? Which are the applicable sections of Companies Act 1956?
