I am a person working abroad planning 2 take CA final (new Syllabus) both groups in May 2011 after a long gap of 7 years. Pls can you advise me on the easiest books to cover in exam view point. I have heard tht theexams as per new syllabus is more of a case study type. The below are the books in my mind
1. Financial Reporting - M.P.Vijayakumar
2. Strategic Financial Management - V Pattabhi Ram
3. Auditing - V.K.Agarwal
4. Law - Munish Bhandari or L.Jayaraman
5. Costing - Saravana Prasad
6. MICS - Saraswathi Murali
7. DT - G.Sekhar
8. IDT - Vaitheeswaran ( the issue is problems are not covered. can you advice a book for refering problems)
