If u had by-hearted All Penalties of all sections, then you you are bound to get exemption in todays paper. For an average student like me, it was okay

penalties ... hw many penalties can you ask .. it is a lawyers job to know penalty not a CA. a CA's job is to apply provisions not..it might have been good for a few but on the larger scale it was quite a difficult paper. nobody expexts you to know all penalties 100%

I dont what were they trying to check..the student should know the provision or penalty ..if you are a follower of the ratafication technique the paper was for you..!

Dont understand what institute is expecting from us. really dont understand every exam is contradicting with the we prepare for it. Group 1 wasted..

surely it was a test for our memory... penalties & different limits... nomination committee company class, internal control company class, KMP class... its full of memory test... average for those jisne ye saari limits(paid up capital, Turnover , loan etc) & penalties ratta maara ho... & difficult for those who have ignored these while reading...

what institute expecting from us. In one attempt icai just give repeated questions... just they expect us to reproduce the mugged up syllabus.. In today's law paper only memory capability is checked? where is the logic and the knowledge... Same is for ISCA... i dont know why ISCA is there in ca final syllabus.. the material is also made by copy pasting from lot of international books... we just have to memorise points in isca... what is this yar...? ICAI is just checking memory capacity of students...

Kya pura syllabus hi ratta marna padega? even this is also not possible...
