I will be giving my CA Final attempt in November 2016.
I want to "write the Exams in Blue pen", however wish to underline the side headings or key words in the answers with Black pen.
Can I do so.
If not, Can I use Pencil in place of Black Pen.
I want to use the Pilot V7 pen(Roller Ball Pen), it is really a good pen that gives a BOLD presentation to ur answers.

Dear Manu,
There is no such rule of using any define colur pen in examination but it would be advised not to use different pens in the examination .
Use only single colour pen.

ICAI states that one colour either black or blue is preferable...
markings can be donw with pencil and scale ;)
tell me...v7 ..so dark..icai papers aRE light...
Ink will stuck back ....check and think once.. :)
