In my opinion the time gap between exam and result would be best utilised in giving time to family members and your dear ones sujbect to the condition that exams have gone upto the mark to get desired result. Those who didnt have any hopes to clear or those who know that they wont clear must start their studies as early as possible..
If anyone has gave his best exam and then joined a firm or job before result then even after getting good results, they tends to do same thing but wont get time for their family and enjoyment and one will be busy in gmcs and in other things.
On the other hand those who appeared for exam but didnt perform well and joined a job or firm would definitely loose their next attempt due to constraints of time.
Therefore depends on student to student one should reach to the logical conclusions after keeping in mind the performance they did in exam and plan accordingly...
