Are case laws important in DT?

yes, one question of 16 marks is definitely on case law and also there is some more case laws which are hidden  in answes of many questions.

So, do not ignore case laws, if you are not able to learn the name of case laws, then learn at least fact and decision of case laws.

atleast remember case laws in current & last attempt RTPs ...you definitely get 2 case laws ...don't forget to read 2016 (don't read which are asked in last attempt)case laws & for remaining case laws u just remember fact and decision ...for this attempt notified around 120 case laws
