Suggest that For Final costing and OR Chennai SSR material and ICAI RTP and Suggested Answer are enough and is there to prepare any theory for costing and OR for exam purpose

Yeah...but mostly theory will be asked on the concepts of applying problems that u already possess to do problems and...so no need to strain for that...but u must give a glance for that too...
if u are in new syllabus then yes theory is important because each question contains one part of theory..
