Hi , We have to study 45 sections , Chapter IX and X notified with the corresponding rules and definitions as per Companies Act , 2013. All the sections of Companies Act , 1956 against which no new provision has been enacted need to be studied as well. Further , the best way to clear all doubts is to go through the Supplementary Study Paper issued by ICAI. Make that your yardstick and nothing else. Thanks.
