Ca final corporate law help
hello frnzz
as we all know that Corporate law syllabus has changed and 45 sections of New Companies Act 2013 have been added..
but i have a doubt.. are ONLY these 45 new sections in syllabus or these are there alongwith old remaining sections?? plzz help me..

We have to study 45 sections , Chapter IX and X notified with the corresponding rules and definitions as per Companies Act , 2013.
All the sections of Companies Act , 1956 against which no new provision has been enacted need to be studied as well.
Further , the best way to clear all doubts is to go through the Supplementary Study Paper issued by ICAI.
Make that your yardstick and nothing else.
