Once again Institute made correction in another Question which was asked in CA Final May 2011 examination. This correction is made through RTP Nov-2014 released recently. 

In our book it is Question No - 21B of Derivative chapter.

In examination question requirement is:
"How many Index futures he should short for perfect Hedging So that the portfolio beta is reduced to 1.00". 
And all the writers of SFM books are copying the same questions except me.

My Explanation: At perfect hedging beta is equal to Zero (Not equal to 1).

I am using this concept and solving question on the basis of "Zero beta" in class.

Now Institute made correction in question and deleted the words 
"So that the portfolio beta is reduced to 1.00".
