CA final attempt earliest in new scheme?????

I hav cleared group 1 in PE 2 and hav 2 papers left which i will appear in Nov 2009 PCC (cn't appear in May 2009 for som reason)

My doubt is that after switch over to PCC and completing Intermediate my CA finals (under new scheme for 3 1/2 years including articleship) will begin.

Please tell me how early can i appear for CA final exam or should i say what is the earliest attempt i am eligible to give finals considering the FACT that i cleared Intermediate in NOV 2009????
