After you will get result you should be able to filed the details in Admision form and then only you can be eligible for final exam of NOV 2011.

As passing details are required for admision in Final Course jee....!!!!!!!!!!

so u mean even if i will clear my pcc in may 2011 result of which is expected in aug i can not give my attempt in nov 2011

Yes, u can register urself for Finals on the very next day of passing your PCC exams.As per the information provided by u, u are eligible to appear for nov.2011 Final exams but u have to submit your final registration form by hand (physically) to the institute regional office (e.g for north indian's at delhi).registration fees for final(pcc) is Rs.8500 and u have to download the registration form from the institute's website.
