CA final attempt ,articleship leaves

I started my articleship on 3rd Feb 2020. 

I will finish my 2.5 years articleship on 3rd August 2022

But the last date to fill final exam application is usually 1st July for November attempt

So by 1st July 2022 I will not be done with 2.5 years . However, by November 2022 (i.e,exams time) I will be done with 2.5 years articleship

Am I eligible to give ca final attempt in November 2022 ?

Also ,Are excess leaves counted for the purpose of attempt or they can be compensated after the examination is done ?
