difficult. but attempted 100% i hope that examiner will give 40+

New Questions for normal topics.

New Topics with average difficulty.

Some questions were qualifying in nature like Q1 (a), Q2, 32AC, 4 Normal cases, REIT. If you have done these questions right, you will pass.

Some were really difficult like 278 for HUF, Partial Partition of HUF. Who reads these topics ??

Although I read some years back in Singhania that Income tax does not consider partial partition of HUF. That came in handy.

yes partial partition is not recognized in law, hence it is not beneficial. thats what we have to advice.
