Is there any uppper age limit for CA Course registration?
I am a B.com hons, 2001. I scored 56% in Hons. and 52% in aggregrate. can I register under IPCC direct entry scheme?

The minimum percentage required is 55% in aggregate to be eligible for IPCC via the Direct Entry Scheme, so I am afraid to say but you will have to start from the scratch i,e, register for CPT and move ahead.
