I am a software professional running my own small software company. My AGE IS 42 years
I hv developed full fledged software for transport industry having complete link from operation to BALANCE SHEET. through my indepth knowledge of final accounts.
I have a lot of experience in accountancy and I had done articleship for 6 months in 1991.
I want to do CA course for further enhance my career.
Please Guide me regarding the same and procedure to start the same.

Sure you can do, its very great to see your interested to do CA...
First need to register for CPT by paying 6k and exams will be yearly twice in june and dec, exam fees will be 600..
Next step- once you celar CPT than you can register for IPCC and you can take IPCC exam after 9months gap from CPT..
After clearing IPCC 1st group r both groups you can register for Articles of 3 years..
Than Final exams..
Final step of CA is GMCS course once you done with this things you will be CA...
ICAI made new amendment but still its pending approval of GOV...Once this get approve from GOV than there will be no CPT, you can register for IPCC direct with your graduation of 65% if you optained in Graduation...

Yes sir, there is no age to education.............and I appreciate ur step............and as far as i know there is 55 % requirement for Commerce Graduate and 60 % for others, for direct admission in articleship. But its still under approval.
