I am 32 years old presently working in Hinduja as a medical coder (KPO). My qualification is Bachelor in Science, passed in 2006. Now I want to pursue CA. My question is that as I am a science graduate so in future it will be an obstruction for ca course, if I do MBA in finance with ca then it will be helpful for me. Suggestion require please.

Graduates or Post Graduates other than in Commerce stream having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University) are eligible to enroll in IPCC u under direct entry scheme.
Students enrolling for the CA Curriculum under the direct entry scheme after Graduation/ Post Graduation have to start their articleship training before appearing for the Intermediate Level (IPCC).
they first have to complete min 9 months of articleship training before being eligible to appear for Intermediate Level Exams.
Students are required to complete a total of 3 years of articleship training under a CA (equivalent to internship). This period of 9 months of training before appearing for IPCC is included in the total duration of 3 years of articleship training.
It is mandatory for all students to complete Information Technology Training (ITT) and Orientation Program conducted by ICAI before starting Articleship.
Dear sir, there is no age bar or stream bar under CA course. We have many examples in this profession who belonged to science stream and then they pursued CA course and is doing exceptionally well in CA profession.
So, you are welcome sir.
