Kindly provide me format of CA Certificate for FCGPR reporting to RBI for bonus shares? And as per which RBI notification valuation for the same is not required?

PFA THE CERTIFICATE

For calculating the value of shares, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method of valuation to be used, which is to be annexed with the auditor certificate stating the value of share.

Thanks Shradhha, the format which  you have attached is for issue of equity shares, so kindly attach format of CA certificate for bonus shares if available.

Can we issue shares at par (Rs.10) even if that is valued by a CA @ inr 9? All this is in respect of FC-GPR.

Hi,

I understand you are refering to the CA certificate wherein it might have been mentioned as 9.** as fair value.

If that is the case, please note that CA certificate is just an estimate of future cash inflows so even if the fair value as per the certificate is 9.8* or something, you can still go ahead and issue the shares on fair value.(10)
