Ca CA student show Business inome ( ITR , Accounting )

Hi,

i am ca final student.

i have already started ITR filling work..etc.

one of my friends got information from his ca that CA student ca not file return of income ..if he is getting salary or carring on business he has to file form 102 or something ...

i have also filled my return of income for f.y 07-08 , 08-09.

and shown salary income ( from My mothers pro. concern Rs. 60,000 p.ann o7-08 , 65,000 p.ann 08-09 )

business income from filling itr and accounting work. rs. 46,950 for 07-08 & 85,711 for 08- 09 )

Guys please please help...it can be source of huge trouble...
