I know about form 109 and 102/103 for articleship transfer.
I want to know about prior consent from icai before filing form 109 with icai.
how to get prior consent from icai for articleship transfer?

You just have to write a letter with reason of transfer and get it signed by the principal and then send it to ICAI. I hope you know that prior permission is not needed in case of transfer during the first year of articleship.
