recently I got termination with the consent of my principal and he signed on NOC letter but the form 109 has been submitted by me without his signature
So ICAI has sent back the termination request, but now our principal is refusing to sign form 109. ....
I didn't know what do now...
I didn't have any connections from CA background..
pls help me out of this issue 🙏🙏... u r support is much needed 🙏

Ask your principal the reason for not signing the form 109 as he has already sign the NOC. The signed NOC shows his consent for transfer. You can call on ICAI e-sahayata , they will guide you on this matter.
