u better search in ICAI or google so thaat it may provide u the procedure  in this case..

                    Yes, you can go for an another professional Course along with ICWA , then in that case You have to submit Form 112 during your articleship traning OF Chartered Accountancy Course by giving details of your CWA RELATED INFORMATIONS .

                     I understand your problem but really trust me THAT,  it  totally  depends on latest CA REGULATION ACT , Whether You can take admission in DUBAI or not.
