C.s. trainee without stipend

There are regulations regarding payment of minimum stipend to trainees. The minimum stipend was recently increased. Please find the announcement attached. Although, it is mandatory to pay the minimum amount of stipend, some organizations flout these rules. In the end, all that matters is whether it is agreeable to both you and your organization.
