C.S EXECUTIVE STUDENTS

 preparation is worse................................itni kharab preparation hai ke bata na hi sakta.............

from jan 09 i was busy with PCC.

After PCC exam extreme busy with office till 30 sep.

after that busy with roc work till 30 oct.

how ever manage to prepare 1st group bcoz of accts and tax.

but 2nd grp.........................

same here not even 1 grp prepared prply plz if u ppl have sum tips to manage sum how most welcum.. 

same problem everywhere..!

1st grp ka preparation ho jaega but clueless abt second grp..!...mera bhi yahi hall hai..!

more over i m giving more emphasis on 1st grp becoz it is more scoring than second grp..!

plzz share notes ...!

Don't worry friends...

Just plan your preperation. It may be 50% , 70% and strictly follow your planning.

lagta hai we have to rely only on planning not on preparation..!

No prepration of Second Group

I know there is lots of problm appears in second grup but all of you are experienced and doing PCC so i think there is no problm in company law and also you can easily do labour law but the areas u should hav to do a grt work is securities law and some portion in economic law.

I f i tell about my self m feeling frustration in gcl and securities law mainly. In gcl my problm is with the language and in securities law-i cn't make boundaries for securities law.and this is the biggest problm i think faced by each and every student to make the boundaries of securities law

i agree with u amit but the company law portion of C.S is much bigger than C.A..so it is wrong to say that for pcc students company law is a cakewalk..!

preparation s worse than ever....didint even touch book......days r nearing.any one know any imp qtns in cl,el and scl

even i need d same plzzzzzzz jaldi help karo there is hardly any time left.

there is no some spcl important questions yaar and aftr last 2 exams it is more difficult to say wat is imp or wat is not. U r doing a professional course dear.Bt i can tell u about sum important topics in second grup.

In ELL-labour law is vry easy portion u can complete it within 5 or 6 days with the help of ur study material and in economic law IDR act,Fema and CPA is vry important

In CL-there is some important section which is generally asked in the exams like sec.75, 76.95 to 100,287,297 etc and in company law meetings and directors chapter is imp and there is also a possibilty in this exam that ICSI gives more weightage to LLP and E-governance rather than prev.exams.

In SLC-isme mai bhi sure nahi hu sbse complicated subject lagta hai mujhe ye. but Stock exchange and its mechanism and intermediaries ache se pad lena

and you all r also can give me some suggestion also if u find any doubt about my this analysis

In paper 5 & 6 we have to do selective study..!...scanner khol ke dekho and analyse last two terms paper... u will get an idea that topics included in new syllabus has been given preference...!
