C form issue
Please help. We had missed to book an purchases invoice dtd Dec 2012 in Dec 2012 and booked in Jan 2013, also we fiiled the cat/vat return qtr 3 oct12 to dec12 also applied for c forms. We received c forms qtr 3 in March 2013, now can we apply the c form for that one invoice in jan13 to mar13 qtr 4? As the invoice date is 27th Dec, 2012.

Yes you can.
As per Gujarat, Additional C form can be generated for any pending C form, which was not accounted.
An invoice dated 27th Dec 2012 can be received late or goods may be delivered late. So,no great harm will be done in accounting that invoice in the Qtr 4 and filing a 'C' form accordingly.......mjk
