we are gujarat based proprietor firm purchases old/used material across india through online auctioner www.MSTCindia.com.

we purchases material from various electricity boards across india.

Kerala state electricity board meniones in their terms that 'C FORM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE"

My question is that do any seller have rights to reject the C-Form although having CST number.
