C-form for labour work
Dear Sir,
We are Pvt Ltd Co registered Under MVAT act, nature of business is Repairs & Maintenance work (pure job Work). Can we purchase Consumables like fuel, gloves, oil etc against C-form.
Please advice.

Yes, u can purchase consumables outside the state of Maharastra against C-forms. Here only point, If u r puchasing goods from outside the state they(Seller) will charge CST instead of VAT.
