C Form

As per law one form is require for monthly sale

But in practice some companies use to transfer only one form yearly & show their vendor name in monthly Pending C form List

C forms are required to be issued once in every quarter for each company of purchases outside the state

let me know on which basis we issue the C forms to vendor i.e. for how many C forms will issue for purchases for the month of Aug'08.
