C form

If Material Received and accounting done in the month of may then you must include details of this transaction in the VAT Return filling for the month of may.

and for applicaitonn of C Form Need more details

1) Supplier Invoice date

2) Invoice booking date in your accounts

3) CST % in supplier invoice

Please have a look at Trade Circlular 10 A of 2016  dated 22/8/16 on mahavat site.

"Stand-by arrangement for issuance of e-CST declarations for periods on or after 01.04.2016 "

So depending on whether you are in Monthy or Quarterly cycle, you should be able to apply for Form C after you file return. But in some special cases you can apply for Form C even before filing the return.

You can apply C Form for the month of 1st Qtr. no such time limit for applying C Form.

provided you have to consider this transaction at the time of monthly return.

Just make online C Form application for 1st Qtr.
