What is the procedure for getting C Form by dealer? and what all the documentation to be maintained?
Can C form of earlier years of last two years can be received?

No any prescribed method. U need to ask to dealer to provide form c. And you can also ask for last two years pending forms c.
If dealer is not giving u form c then u have to deposit full tax with interest. N all amnt u can debit to dealer/customer for recovery.
The Form C (Form Concession) prepared and issued by buyer, by making on Commercial tax site by online in prescribed area. It has to be completed in each financial year. In this process the buyer is gained by concessional rate of tax. if he is not produce the c form. the concession could not be allowed by vat dept. You cant do anything towards the more than 2 year C Form. You can impose the full tax on buyer.
