C FORM

Yes you can issue "C" form to your supplier if he agreed on it.

Form C will be issue on that meterial which permission was taken in Registration certificate. Please see your registration certificate. this items are included in RC or not.

In my case cement per bag price is same and VAT is inclusive.

If we are not eligible to issue c form then we have to pay the full tax and buy the material. is it correct?

At  what basis VAT department permitting us for issue c form?

if you are trader or manufacture of cement then you can take permision from department.
