is business transaction numbers obtained from other government departments compulsory for service tax registration?
how an individual service provider can get? please reply fast

Perhaps you mean Business registration number with other govt deptt, like PAN, TAN, VAT etc..
For service tax registration, you need to provide pan detail & address of premises for which registration sought. Also you must have copy of proofs of all the information filled up in registration form ST-1.
