Sir, if we sell handloom and fancy sarees in Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad, will it be taken as inter state sale or intra state sale. Whether composite scheme applicable to us? Is there any barriers in stock transfers between two areas? We bring stock at both areas from various states and sell there itself. Some times we transfer stock between two areas.

1. If you sale product within state then it is intra state if you sale outside state then it is iterstate
2.you can opt for composition scheme if your turnover below 75 lakh and youall your sale

3. There is no gst on stock transfer within state... But you have to pay igst if sock transfer outside state

Assessess liable to register with different state branches. you can not sell or supply outside state in composition scheem. and without adopte composition scheem you can supply outside side state with collecting IGST. whether is customer or branches.
if u have diff reg in same state u ll be liable to gst for branch transfer .read section 25 for def of distinct person also refer schedule 1
